In search of summer house/pet sit or sublet

I realize I may be a bit early, but thought I'd post just in case. My wife and I are former full-time Lakeside residents currently living in Arizona and we like to spend part of each summer at Lakeside. A couple of months anytime between May and the end of August would be ideal but we're wide open at this point to both house-sitting and sublets. We're comfortable in anything from a small casita to a house and do better with dogs (we've owned many) than cats (we're both slightly allergic though we love them) on the pet-sitting front.
