Telmex is at it again!

And, let us know when you find another company so we can all change our phone/internet service.

I just returned from another hour long visit with Telmex. This time i was told by a manager that they have no idea how to stop the charges and so I will have to come in every month, take a number and sit and wait for one of their approved people to remove the charge.

Ha!

I don't have 20 minutes and a parking spot to spare for that purpose. I should but its been over a year and I am tired of fussing at them.

So, now what?

I had it show up on my bill in Sept and went in to the cashier and said NO. She took it off and it has not shown up since. Go figure.

It showed up on mine too. I used the drive through. Had circled that charge and told the guy no, take it off. He did and I payed my regular bill amount. Remains to be seen if it shows up in my January billing. I do not understand how a company can not stop charges from appearing on their bills.
