Calderon would take a fall as well, they have implicated him too. He and his friggin' militaristic war on drugs with tens of thousands of lives lost and turning Mexico into a bloody graveyard - while he took mega-money from Chapo! Nice legacy.

I agree, CB, my car is parked until it's over. And I'm getting healthier too! Leave the gas for the people trying to work. If the tianguis, abarrrotes, and  tiendas can't get deliveries from asbastos . . . we won't have food.

Fortunately it has not affected the diesel supply (yet) which most buses and delivery vehicles use.

I was just out running errands and can report:

Ajijic: Closed
SAT: Closed
Riberas: Open with a 1 km or so lineup.

Gas at Pemex near Soriana. Line up from the gas station, down the street to Oxxo, round the corner, up Pepe Guzar, round the corner all the way back to the Pemex station.

how in the world can a pickup truck steal a double tanker... I drove NOB on 1/7 - no gas issues once out of Jalisco.. but now I want to come back, bring a bicycle too - I am not wasting time in lines, the workers need the gas.. As long as Aquacalientes has those 'foreign' gas stations - Mobil, BP, even OXXO .. no lines then, but they have good security I am sure.. I am ready to go... but geez, crime now.. Anyone in Texas coming down, want to caravan?

There is an app for your cell phone called gasgas that shows whether or not various stations have gas.

Ajijic by La Canacinta had gas this evening from reports

That gasgas ap is still the same as last night. Nothing about La Canacita. You have to wonder how often it is updated.

If you click on the gas station shown on the map it tells you when the last report was made and by who. Those two still showing gas had reports last night. Nothing reported today yet.

Just came back from Colima and plenty of gas on pay road. Only lines I saw were the last gas station before the turn off to Joco.   So you can wait in line or go for a ride.  My data is from pay road not free road.  Good Luck. Note no shortage or knowledge of one in Colima or Manzanillo.

500 pesos available on the libramiento.  in line at 7:22 out at 7:33.....maybe 25 cars ahead of me.  plastic containers ok.  saw two pemex tankers heading west into Ajijic while I was in line.

The gas station east of Piedra Barrenada had gas at 8 this morning but it doesn't appear on the app.

It won't appear until someone reports it. Not sure how that works.

Friend reports gas in La Canacinta an hour ago.

I got some in Bahia. Half hour wait. Thanks Zed for that info We have a boda in Comala weekend after this one. That's why I filled up.

We were in Guadalajara today and didn't see one gas station that was selling gas.

And currently there isn't any selling here either. Where are the 3500 tankers the government said were going to get it all caught up? It really hasn't improved at all.

We saw one Pemex tank truck heading south on Lopez Mateos south near the Macrolibramiento. There was a Jalisco State police vehicle following it.

So where are the other 3499 then.....jaja?
