I was in Superlake this afternoon and saw boxes of matzos and jars of traditional foods.  They were on the shelves in the front of the store behind the checkout counters.

I like cheese blintzes with cherry sauce but have never seen them here.

That was my thought for a response.  Get VERY thin tacos and jusr roll the cherry sauce into each one and fry.
