We all know that food can be good or bad for you. Lately there has been a spate of articles about the bad foods we eat. There are some food that are truly good for you and can help improve your memory, especially as we age. The following article list foods that can improve memory, I am especially impressed by berries, especially blueberries. When I treated patients with Macular Degeneration I always encouraged them to eat frozen blueberries to help their eyesight. They need to be frozen in order to break the cell walls open and allow the anthocyanidans be more readily available.
