I think those are cell phone numbers so you wouldn't put in the 376 area code for land lines.
To dial a CELL PHONE From the U.S. and from Canada using a landline OR an American or Canadian cellphone, you dial 011-52-1-full 10 digits of cell phone number.
I want to know how to dial to Mexico from Canada WITH A MEXICAN cell phone.

For a land line I would dial 011-52-376-nnn-nnnn. Also same for a cell now but cells are not 376 they are usually 331 or 333. So for calling a cell in Mexico I would dial 011-52-333-nnn-nnnn.

Back to the op, when calling land to land within Mexico you now must use the full 10 digits.

Nope. I called landline to landline today - SAT to Riberas - the old way, only 7 digits, and call was completed normally.

That is not what the OP asked. Read the title of the OP's thread.
What is not clear from the OP (who is trying to call Dental Express in Ajijic from the U.S.) is whether she is trying to call a cellphone or a landline in Ajijic...
1) from a landline in the U.S.
2) from a U.S. cellphone in the U.S.
3) from a Mexican cellphone being used in the U.S.
Get it, got it, who's on first. Sigh. I am sooooooo confused.

All is well ..I sent them an email and they called me. We then set up an appointment, all is well. It turned out they use cell phones and not a land line a their office..
