Beware of Passholes in Riberas Empty Beware of Passholes in Riberas

The concrete barriers along the Caratera in the area between Pemex and Mom's have been removed for construction but the trench for the new barriers has not been dug. Passholes are now using the bike/pedestrian area as a third lane for passing on the right side heading west. This morning I saw a bike rider almost taken out and a car almost got clipped by someone going very fast. Be careful!
