First time I've seen TelMex give this reason for the outage,
"Robo de Cable"

I guess it depends upon where you live. I have had Telmex since I got here in 1997 and their internet, later, once they offered it. It is very reliable in my part of upper Ajijic. And when it goes down, which isn't very often, I use my cable company internet connection or if both are out (almost never) I use my cell phone as a hot spot.

Good point, Bob. I got back and forth between here and Seattle three times per year. These days, I am averaging about 8 and 1/2 months per year here, and 3 and 1/2 months per year in Seattle.
