Apparently Anapsique is out of supply throughout all of Mexico. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can obtain this medication asap without a drive to the border? TIA

Last time that happened with one of my meds I told my doctor and they found some in Guadalajara and brought it to Ajijic for me.

A search of Anapsique on Farmacia Guadalajara's website shows it as available in various forms.  It requires a prescription.  

Where have you gone and not found any?  Why the statement re: AMLO--did he ban it??

Still not sure of your OP--are you saying they've been banned by AMLO?

I go to Farmacia GDL for most of our medical stuff and sometimes they are out, or they don't have as many boxes as I wanted. They will give a date, or they will look at inventory and tell me what they have at another Farmacia GDL.

Fyi, my friend did have to get a Mexican 'scrip to buy these.

That article is talking about pesos the government owes for drugs it supplies to its PUBLIC health facilities; nothing to do with what's sold at private pharmacies.

Yes you are correct, the major problems are in the public sector.
