Mirador paint

Any suggestions on exterior painted flooring paint (store, brand type). The floor on my outside mirador has a painted floor and has a few spots that the paint has come off and need covered.

Assuming that your mirador is on your roof, that "paint" is usually something called impermabilizante (hope I spelt that right) and it usually comes in either white or red. Is that what you have up there?

yes it is but it looks more orange in color.

It sorta fades to orange as it gets old. Take a big chip over to Jara. They will know what it is. They have a very good 5 year red Impermabilizante. You need to get all the loose stuff up, pressure washing is best. Then patch coat the peeled areas and follow later in the day with a general coating. Should last a while, 2-3 years anyway. None of it lasts as long as they say it does.

That's the little hardware store just west of TelMex in Ajijic.
