Just saw this on TOB:

Black Coffee 9/8/2012
Warning attempted theft:
I was working on my laptop computer at Black Coffee this morning,I had put my computer bag in another chair across from me. When I saw a mexican man sit in a chair behind where my computer bag was, I just happen to look up from my computer and saw him stick his arm in my computer bag.

I jumped up and said "I saw you!" "You are trying to steal from me!" he got up and ran out the side door of Black Coffee.
I reported to the management.

Description: Rather nice looking lower middle class around early 30's. Spanish, long(down to neck) curly black hair. He was carrying a red back pack.Wore a lot of braided colorful bracelets on the hand I saw going into my bag.
