First: Thank you to all who came to the yard sale for the Ranch and supported us. We do appreciate you.

Second: Sometime between 10.00 and noon on Saturday, someone removed ALL our signs for the yard sale and also the notices at SuperLake and El Torrito. The thoughtless person who did this has deprived us of a source of income for supporting the many abandoned dogs who now live at the Ranch and providing them with food, shelter and medical services. Hopefully that person will read this posting and provide us with an anonymous donation to replace the revenue lost by their inconsiderate action.


I like to add that this is the ONLY way this organization gets any money to keep them going, they get no money from any organization at all. All that keeps them going is the community lakeside, through donations and fund raisers. EVERY other shelter receives support of food or money from either Jeffrey Kaye or Friends of Animals. The dogs at the ranch are Mexican born and bred, please support them, feed them, medicate them, whatever. OK, I'm off my soap box now, but please, please stop taking down these notices and support them as well as all the others.

I did post the sale on three different Web boards. A bit hard to find the sale when the signs are torn down. And I honestly am not sure the volunteers have the energy for another sale right away.
