Should be an interesting back story, ya think

I'll bet somewhere in Canada or the USA a Mexican citizen was killed on the same day yet we don't hear a word about it.

Who cares if a Canadian was killed in Progresso.. plenty of people get killed every day and Canadians are not special or the only ones who get killed

Well I care about anyone getting killed. My point was about the media once again demonizing Mexico.

The only place I heard about it was here.

Mexico News Daily is reporting that homicides are way up over last year. The "why" is anyone's guess.

May he rest in peace and my condolences to the family. May God give them the strength and courage to deal with the loss of their loved one.


There is an advisory,warning on trips to parts of Mexico.



I personally prefer to visit and contribute to our economy...here in USA and Mexico  ...there are so many beautiful places to visit.




I hate when Yahoo or any other news media issues stories like this without enough information just to get people up in arms. Wait and hold the story when you have all the information, like the name of his 'partner', whether they were into unsavoury things like drugs or swinging or something, who the person is that has been charged, the length of time the murdered person has been going to Mexico. Depending on the facts, it truly changes the reader's perception. WHY does yahoo post unfinished articles like this? What is there to gain for them?

I agree Bob Howe, I care about anyone getting killed.

This was well reported in the Mexican news if it the same one that happened almost 2 months ago, unless this is a new murder case.
