We just got a new donor on one of the other web boards. Here is his comment:

"I just called Dr. Pablo and after he asked several questions he determined that I could donate blood so I am #5- he still needs one more donor.
He will be providing a van either next Wed or Thurs that will take the donors to Guadalajara so you will not have to drive yourself."

Thank you to everyone who is donating blood and helped get volunteers. I understand Tony has the amount of donors he needs and if all goes well will have open heart surgery next Tuesday.

Thanks to everyone for your help and generous support. A special thank you to Jim and Deb who were among the first to help find donors. Very Happy

A special thanks to you all for your donations, thoughts, prayers and supportive postings! Dr. Juan Pablo will be driving me in to Centro Medico on Thursday morning. Not sure of the hour I go under the knife, but I have complete confidence in Dr. Esteban Villalpando Mendoza and his team. Bless my Newfie friends who will be moving in to take care of the "kids" while I'm in hospital. None of this would have been possible without you!!!!
