ARMANDO'S Restaurant Review

Eight of us from our Bi Monthly Dinner group ate at Armando's restaurant tonight. It is always good and it was no different tonight. We ordered our drinks, then came the hot towels and then we were told the specials: One was a lightly breaded and Fried Sea Bass with mashed potatoes and veggies, a salad and dessert. One was a full dinner Rib Eye steak with mashed potatoes and veggies, a salad and dessert for 150 pessos. The other two not on the menu that they seem to have all the time is Shrimp Scampi over Fettucine and Chicken over Fettucine for 110 pesos.

One person ordered the Special Fried Sea Bass and liked it very much. It was not greasy. Three other people ordered the Rib Eye Steak with mashed and veggies. It came done to order and they were happy with that. Four people ordered the Shrimp Scampi over Fettucine, fresh pasta in the best Alfredo sauce in Ajijic.

Most all of us had Bread Pudding for dessert which was delicious. I am still full. Our two Shrimp Scampi Fettucine dishes, two bread puddings, one Margarita and one Sprite was 338 pesos.

We highly recommend Armando's restaurant. Make a reservation just to be sure. 766 2229.
