Recently, someone responded to a poster and wound up with suggesting the other poster "needed to get out more".  I know the person in question, and she is in a profession requiring extensive "getting out"; knows all of Mexico, is fluent in Spanish and has lived here for years.  Just one example of making assumptions.
If the poster you're referring to is who I think it is she was flat out dead wrong about the topic of Mexican birth certificates.
Which one was wrong ? The one saying the other should get out more?

The one who posted inaccurate nonsense about Mexican birth certificates.

I am totally ignorant on the subject of Mexican birth certificates, so I don't know which one is fullavit. My point there was not about that, but about the foolishness of making broad assumptions about people we know little or nothing about.
Some posters are regular "confessionals" about their lives before and after moving to Mexico. Others aren't forthcoming at all, and who can blame them for not posting nakedly?Rolling Eyes

Just to weigh in with my dos centavos and that living here for years does not make you an expert on all things.

Being someone that does know a lot about actas de nacimiento, I can tell you that the one posting about it was "fullavit".....and that is not an assumption.
