OK- Went yesterday morning for many things, and I was transported back in time to St. Martin. I could not believe the quality of everything. It was, for me, a dream come true. SO delicious and lovely proprietors! Bon!!!!

Holy Hell. This place is spectacularly good. Went there yesterday for the first time, bought a croissant, a quiche, and a citrón tart. All gone by yesterday evening, all wonderful. Maaaaaaan it's good.

Panaderia Pasteleria Francesa in Ajijic - Page 2 Empty On Pates at this Pasteleria

Post by Bubba2shoes Tue Oct 04, 2016 4:02 pm

What Brigitte does not know is she has some of their pate in her refri purchased by Hound Dog while she was in Peru dining on Limas famous ceviche. I had forgotten I bought it. It is pate de canard au poivre vert and so Dawg opened the jar, bought one of their outstanding bagettes and some cornichons purchased at Casa Gourmet at Plaza Interlago in Ajijic and spread some of that pate on the bagette accompanied by the cornichons and, man, what a treat. A country style French pate that I highly recommend. Everything I have tried at this place is excellent.
