I paid nada for one about a year ago at Centro de Salud in SAT. They offered it after changing a dressing on a wound I had. I gave them a 100 peso "donation".

CB, where did you pay 600 for one?

My sister who travelled in Vietnam and Myanmar during the vet season did not take anything but she protected herself with deet..

I am waiting for an answer from my cousins who are based in Taipei and spend 6 months of the year travelling in Cambodia, Vietnam, Borneo, Thailand, Malaysia etc...They usually leave in November and come back in May.

At my doctor's office. Although there may be a difference between needing one for an actual wound and requesting one when it wasn't necessary. Guess I should have stepped on a rusty nail and went to CR......lol.

Deet, iodine, lemongrass essential oil (or eucalyptus), incense & a fan blowing on you to keep mosquitos from landing on you. Soak limes, avocados, fruit, anything u ingest, just a couple of minutes.. Yodo solution at Walmart ..33p. much cheaper the Microdyn & effective. In Asia, used it w soap to wash my body as well..kills bacteria, mold, virus & seems to leave a residue unappealing to insects. Denque is there too.

The stuff you buy in the pharmacy area? How much do you put in the water? Thanks.
