Geez, talk about seesawing up & down. Wish we had really accurate stats but these numbers do help.

I rather like the seesawing. It hints at the short duration of being positive. In other words, those that get it are sick for less time. That's a plus imho.

I think in these days some, perhaps many cases are not being reported. I know of 3 that were tested positive, became very ill but self medicated and quarantined. It is not the common winter flu that Bill O'Reilly talks of. I would take the stats with a grain of salt. Believe what you want about face masks, ... when you become complacent about social distancing and see a person in a congested area with a mask on, then just maybe you will reflect and decide to take a step back. The mask is a reminder to social distance from those near you. Just my 2 centavos.

Me, too. Ran into some friends at the supermarket a few weeks ago. I was masked, they weren't. A week later, I heard they both came down with Covid. They were sick for days, and while they are both testing negative now, they still feel fatigued. I don't understand why people want to risk getting ill, when it's so easy to slip on a mask.

I'm sitting in the airport in Frankfurt, Germany and the whole place is coughing and snorting and I'm pretty much the only one wearing a mask. Go figure.....
