Trash burning

I live in Ajijic village, and for the third time in less than a year, someone is burning trash that has a smell that gives me a headache and I feel like I want to puke.  I can't tell what they are burning, it  smells like burning plastics or rubber.  

I have not looked where this is happening, this am I just woke up to it.  I'll be leaving in a few hours, off to do stuff, and I'll see if I can find where the fire is.  

What, if anything can I do then?  

Suggestions?  Empathy?

I know that several gardners where burning trash at the lake and some people from City hall came by to tell them they could not do it, I think it falls under the same dpt that issue tre tree cutting permt. Talk to them they will know. You should know where it comes from and complain there, breathing plastic or tyres is not a good idea..

Some people burn dirty  diapers plus dead animals with above mentioned.
